What's in it?
6 tablespoons raw/whole Tahini
A flat teaspoon of salt
A teaspoon of baking soda or baking powder
2 tablespoons maple, silan (date syrup) or carob syrup
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup crashed walnuts
What to do?
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Grease a baking tray
Transfer the mixture to the baking tray
Sprinkle over additional seeds for decoration
Bake in oven pre-heated to 180C for 30 minutes
