If you’ve landed right here, let me first introduce myself

My name is Dr. Gil Barzilay, a practitioner of Chinese and Japanese Medicine, specializing in nutrition, medicinal mushrooms, herbal medicine, and acupuncture. I have been lecturing for over 30 years—first in the worlds of academia and pharmaceuticals, and for the past decade in Chinese medicine, nutrition, and medicinal mushrooms—teaching at schools in Israel and abroad, for various organizations, and at private events.

I offer inspiring lectures and engaging workshops on health, blending Eastern wisdom with up-to-date scientific research.

All content is tailored to each organization, company, or private event, and may focus on:

  • General health, healthy lifestyle, and quality of life

  • Natural approaches to prevent or manage common chronic conditions (diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity, sleep, menopause)

  • Seasonal and personalized nutrition

  • Research-based use of medicinal plants and mushrooms

Beyond the lectures, my cooking workshops combine nutritional knowledge with hands-on experience—we’ll prepare healthy dishes together based on the seasons, health conditions, or personal focus.

What will you gain from the lectures and workshops?

  • A team experience with long-lasting day-to-day added value
  • Professional content delivered in an engaging way—even skeptics will be fascinated
  • Inspiration and plenty of practical tools for participants to take home
  • Flexible formats: 1.5–3 hours or a series of meetings (for guided processes), adapted to your needs

Who is this for?

For companies, organizations, public institutions, as well as private groups or events looking for professional, interactive, and practical content that can shift your health perceptions, provide real-life tools for better living, and turn every meeting into an unforgettable experience.
